dev1ce insult to players

BaD-BoY this player began to insult me and another player who was not on the server at that moment. BaD-BoY is not the first to insult others, and the player with the nickname frying pan with: (https://marcoplay.com/mp/26908-cougar/profile) can confirm this. I have nothing against my ban, but in fairness he should also have been banned for insults.

Dear administration!
Without in any way justifying spartak1441 regarding this particular situation, I’ll add my 5 cents.
This player, Bad-boy, repeatedly violated the rules of the game server, insulted players, used textures, and even received information that he cheated on someone for weapon and appearance skins. Moreover, this player, when he had administrator rights, constantly changed only to cards that he liked, like 35hp, AVP Lego, etc. Now, communicating with the admin, Mr.Zombie, who has administrative rights, also spoils the gameplay by changing full-fledged maps to those that they like, without even asking if the players want to change the map from the current one, which was the complaint filed. Therefore, I think that the punishment of spartak1441, in view of the above, is not entirely fair. I also ask that the player Bad-boy be punished for provoking players and making the gameplay difficult.
