SOLVING THE PROBLEM:
1. Enter the game;
2. Click “Settings”;
3. Open the “Network Mode” tab;
4. Make sure that you have set the download of all models to “Allow all users.” files"If you have set a different value, then select “Allow all users” from the list. files" and click apply, then connect/reconnect to the server;
5. Open the console, enter the command “cl_downloadfilter all" and press Enter
6. Connect to the server.

If after the above steps the problem remains, please contact support indicating the name of the game server to which you are connecting and this error is observed.

Perhaps you played on another server, since there are many variations of maps - perhaps you downloaded “kartaname” from the left server, but not in the same variation as the map on the server. So delete “cartaname” from the kss folder and re-login to the server. It should help. At least it helped me.
