Карты вроде даста,александры,султана и прочих карт с песками жестко светятся, а остальные нормальные. Я и переустанавливала и яркость настраивала и ничего(

This is called "Effect Bloom"
It's easy to disable it
1. Go to game settings
2. Select the "Video" tab
3. Click the "Advanced" button
4. Uncheck Use Bloom effect
5. Click apply.

There was such a problem. I solved everything with one command mat_specular 0. The glow and reflections disappeared.
