Recording demos for reporting

You will not receive a ban for "in" for these commands. You can only enable this locally, not on the server. The server itself will not give you the opportunity to use these commands directly during the game.
If you mean not when recording a demo, but when viewing it, then you can, of course, for convenience, view the demo with these commands. For them you will not receive a ban from anti-cheat, or a ban from VAC. Even if you then connect to a server with sv_cheats 1 and r_drawothermodels 2, it’s okay too, just the game server itself will change sv_cheats to 0 and thereby automatically reset the value of r_drawothermodels. These commands are completely safe.ANticheat or VAC will ban you not for the values, but for third-party programs that are introduced into the game and give an unfair advantage.
